Effective date: April 16, 2026
Last updated: April 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing Quorlyx products, or using related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Quorlyx provides WordPress plugin software, updates, related documentation, and support services as available under the purchased plan.

3. License Grant

Quorlyx is licensed, not sold. A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software in accordance with the purchased plan and these Terms.

4. License Restrictions

You may not, except where mandatory law permits:

  • resell, sublicense, or redistribute license keys or software access
  • unlawfully copy, decompile, or reverse engineer software
  • remove ownership notices
  • use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity

5. Orders, Billing, and Renewals

Payments and subscription billing are handled via Paddle. By purchasing, you also accept Paddle checkout and billing terms. You are responsible for accurate billing details and any applicable taxes, unless tax handling is automated at checkout.

6. Refunds

Refund handling follows the published refund policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory rights.

7. Updates and Changes

Features, documentation, and service components may be improved, modified, replaced, or discontinued over time. Commercially reasonable efforts are made to maintain core product continuity.

8. Support

Support availability, channels, and response targets may vary by product plan and operational load. Support is provided for intended product use and does not include unlimited custom development.

9. Third-Party Dependencies

Quorlyx may rely on third-party platforms or APIs (including WordPress ecosystem components, payment systems, and AI providers). Availability and behavior of third-party services are outside Quorlyx direct control.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining secure hosting and WordPress environments
  • performing backups before major changes
  • testing configuration changes before production rollout
  • legal compliance for your own site operations, including privacy disclosures and consent management where required

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use Quorlyx to violate law, infringe rights, distribute harmful content, or bypass security and licensing mechanisms.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Quorlyx software, branding, documentation, and website content remain with Quorlyx or its licensors.

13. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law remain fully applicable. Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable statutory rights.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. This disclaimer does not limit any warranty that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quorlyx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of data. Where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product/service during the 12 months before the claim, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

16. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for serious breach, fraud, abuse, or security risk. Upon termination, license rights end unless otherwise required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

17. Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Where Quorlyx acts as processor for business customers in specific workflows, relevant data processing terms may apply.

18. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published on this page.

19. Contact and Complaints

Support and legal/privacy inquiries can be submitted through the official website support/contact channels.
